Bob Sweeney- drums

When his Mom and Dad got tired of him beating on whatever he imagined as being a drum, they presented him with his first drum kit for Christmas while in the first grade.

Bob learned drumming basics while attending Arlington High School as a member of the marching band. In turn that led to his playing congas for the school jazz band and drums for the symphonic ensemble.

Bob is currently banging the drums for the Dave Sammarco Band as well as Vintage Vibe, and he brings his A game to every show!

Fred "Felix" Lomas - bass
fred lomas

Born in the shadow of Logan Airport, Fred is a veteran of the Boston music scene. In Haley Town Road he played along side Bob Seavey and Dave Meeken, now with Fried Cactus. When punk took over the scene he became a member of the Brochures, fronted by Peter Vallis. More recently Fred has played with the Warren Drews, Ulysses, the Blue Collar Blues Band, and with the Lauren Bateman Band.

Fred plays a variety of basses including a Gibson SG, a Fender Mustang, a Reverend Dub King, and an Epiphone Allen Woody Signature bass. He uses a Gallien-Krueger amplifier and employs a few boutique stompboxes from Carl Martin, Fulltone, and T-Rex Engineering.

Toby Leith - violin
toby leith

A classically trained violinist who was nominated Fiddle Player of the Year by the Massachusetts Country Music Awards Association while performing with Robin Right and Right Country, Toby has played many different types of music ranging from country, Irish and bluegrass, to rock n' roll and jazz. Having recorded with Richie Havens and hung out back stage with Roy Orbison and Vassar Clements, Toby plays a five-string electric Ned Steinberger instrument and uses his rich melodic stylings to contribute to the band's success.

Ed Spillert - guitar and banjo

Many years ago Ed walked into a music store to buy strings for his guitar and ended up walking out with a 5-string banjo. Since then he has been avidly pursuing the banjo, in addition to the acoustic and electric guitar.

Ed has played guitar and banjo in bluegrass and country-rock bands in the Boston area. He has attended just about every bluegrass festival in the New England area, and has spent many nights staying up jamming with other musicians around the campfire until the sun rises. His banjo styles include bluegrass/newgrass, Irish, country and jazz.
