| DSB FRIENDS AND FANS UPDATE: Sorry we have not been playing too much over the last year or so folks as you know since the Haitian earthquakes of 2009 my Wife and I and her family are still suffering fallout from that crisis. We have ran 5 Highly successful fundraisers, and HUGE thanks to all of you who supported those events. As you know my Wife Nicole is Haitian and she lost 14 family members in 8 seconds, hence the fallout. We still to this day receive at least 10 to 20 phone calls and/or texts from Haiti asking for help. So our priorities have been focused other places since that happened. We have played but not nearly as much as pre - earthquake. GOOD NEWS - We are soon to start a NEW BOOKING CAMPAIGN and will be playing in at a Venue near you very soon. | will be held The Second friday of every Month at SALLY O' BRIENS 335 Somerville Ave. Union Sq - Somerville MA - Dave Sammaro Band will host and Open Each Show, then 1-2 ROOTS, ALT. COUNTRY Etc Bands will follow each doing around a 50 Minute set. This is promised to be a real Humdinger of a time. Feel free to dress in Authentic Western Garb etc. It is encouraged and appreciated but not necessary. | |

IMPORTANT DSB UPDATE: Hi to all our friends a fans, First of all we would like to thank you for supporting attending our shows and for your fantastic support through the years, we’ve had so many great times with you all. Since the Haitian earthquake with my Wife Nicole being form Haiti, life has been a bit different for us; our priorities have shifted since pre – earthquake days. In total Nicole ending up losing approximately 14 family members in that tragedy. With that being said we receive to this day dozens of phone calls each day from surviving family members asking for help. The best help we can give them is the benefits we have run for them in the past and occasional relief when we can lend it. We want you to know the reason that we have not been playing as much is due to that crisis. We have been playing, but we are sure you noticed not as much, well now you know why and we are sure you understand. I am also trying to launch my BBQ Sauce and Rub line as well as get my Publishing Company, Geronimo 69 Music, off the ground, did I mention writing a cookbook as well. Does anyone know how to make a clone, as I could really use one. In a nut shell there is only so much we can do to help out, we will continue to do so when we can, but we are soon to get back to playing music more often like we did prior to the quake. Good news is thru all of the muck and mire I have been writing songs, praise the lord. We are currently working on a FULL BAND CD at the moment with Ducky Carlisle and will try to have it ready by late October. I feel it will be our best to date. I also have plans to do a Nebraska type Record shortly after that, in addition there is a few live recordings we hope to release as well. It’s tough to work on your Art and Passions when you are pulled by pressing matters. But please continue to check out our site as we are hope to be back to our original touring schedule locally and regionally for late fall and Winter and next Spring, back to Bike Week, Laconia shows as well.
